Filtering Files

You can adjust the files that appear in the files table by category with the pie chart filters. To access this tool, click on the Filter button on the right side of the Files header. Click this button again if you would like to hide the filter section and only view the table. Keep in mind, when the pie charts are hidden, any filters you have activated may still be affecting the table.

These charts show the distribution of files that fall within each category, so they can be used for analysis as well as filtering. When you click on a pie chart slice, each chart and the information on the table will adjust to display only files that fall within the selected parameters. For instance, if you would like to only view tags that have "EXPORT" and "Utility Bills" tags, click on those two slices of the pie chart.

To reset the pie charts back to their original state, click the Reset button in the top right corner of the pie chart section. If you do not reset the pie charts and choose to hide them, the filters will still be active even if they are not visible. Reloading the page will also reset the filters.
